Shipping policy

Please allow 3-­9 business days for processing all orders. Shipping times do not include processing time. Please allow extra time for delivery around the holidays.

Orders are processed, shipped and delivered Monday through Friday only. All orders placed on Saturday, Sunday or on a national holiday, will be processed the following business day. Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number. All orders are shipped through either USPS, UPS, FedEx or private courier, depending on the value of shipment. Once your order has shipped, USPS, UPS, FedEx or private courier are solely responsible for delivery. Benold’s Jewelers has no control over, nor any responsibility, for any packages once they have left our facility. 

The customer is responsible for any and all shipping charges related to undeliverable packages, including return to sender fees and fees for future shipments. It is the customer’s responsibility to file any claims with the shipment party for any damaged or missing packages or any packages delivered to a wrong address. On a case-by-case basis, Benold’s Jewelers may assist you on your claim by providing information and/or proof of necessary items.

Benold’s Jewelers cannot be held responsible for wrong doings by USPS, UPS, FedEX or private courier. Responsibility will also not be held by Benold’s for stolen packages left at your address
