Refund policy
It is important to us that you are completely satisfied with your purchase as all sales are final and nonrefundable. If you are unsatisfied with your purchase, exchanges of equal or lesser value may be requested at or within 14 days of delivery. You may be issued a credit provided that:
• Items are unworn and in original condition and packaging with all tags still attached.
• A receipt or proof of purchase directly from Benold’s Jewelers is available.
• The item is not a sale item.
• The item is returned to us within 7 days of receiving approval for exchange.
• Once approved, you may ship to the store address via a courier that provides a tracking number. Benold’s Jewelers is not responsible for any returned items lost during mail transit.
